Important Notice: By creating an account or using any service on the ak70 platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions described below. The platform reserves the right to suspend service if these terms are not followed. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

Introduction

ak70 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi players. The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this website (ak70.lat) and all services under it. This document binds you ("user" or "member") and the ak70 platform ("we", "platform") to each other.

Along with these terms, you are encouraged to read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. These documents complement each other and together define the relationship between you and us.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account or use services on the ak70 platform, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

You must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
You must be a resident of a region or country where online gaming is not illegal.
One person may open only one account. Attempts to open a second account are prohibited, and if discovered, both accounts will be closed.
All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
Operating multiple accounts from the same address within a household or from the same device is not permitted.

ak70 may request necessary documents at any time for age or identity verification. Withdrawal privileges may be suspended until the verification process is complete.

Account Management

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

ak70 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of terms violations.

2.2 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. To do so, please contact our customer support.

If fraudulent activity, bot usage, exploitation of system errors, or terms violations are detected, the account will be closed immediately.

Any valid balance at the time of account closure will be returned; however, bonus funds and associated winnings may be considered void.

Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into ak70: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

Deposited funds must come from your own registered payment account. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.
After a successful transaction, funds are generally added to your gaming balance promptly.
If a deposit is delayed due to technical issues, please notify our support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
If there is an active bonus on the account, withdrawal will only be possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
The right is reserved to place withdrawals on hold pending investigation in the case of any suspicious activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must place bets worth 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets (i.e., 1,000 × 10) before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated in the offer notification.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering conditions are met.
Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, household, or device is prohibited.
If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed and all winnings will be considered void.
ak70 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Certain games or game categories may not be eligible for meeting wagering requirements; this will be specified in the terms of each bonus.

VIP & Loyalty Program

ak70's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression happens through regular and consistent activity. The specific benefits and conditions of each tier can be viewed in detail in the VIP section of the platform.

ak70 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure, cashback rates, or terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes as early as possible.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The following rules apply to casino games, slots, fishing games, cricket betting, and other gaming activities on ak70:

Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
If a bet is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the result will be determined based on the data saved on the server.
Winnings that are incorrectly displayed or calculated due to a technical error will be considered void.
Operating games using bots, automated software, or any technical manipulation is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following terms apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and football, among other sports:

If the result of any match or event changes before the scheduled time, bets placed before that change will be considered valid.
If a match is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled, the bets on that match will be voided and the original stake returned.
If evidence of match-fixing or any fraudulent activity is found, the related bets will be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak70 platform:

Operating multiple accounts under one identity.
Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements by exploiting the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
Taking unfair advantage by exploiting game vulnerabilities or system errors.
Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
Attempting cyber attacks or hacking against the platform.
Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
Depositing using third-party funds or placing bets on behalf of others.

Warning: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all bonuses and winnings, and notification of the relevant authorities if necessary.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms.
If you object to the new terms, you may request to close your account.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

The following applies to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and the resolution of any disputes arising under them:

Any dispute or complaint must first be submitted to our customer support team.
The support team will review the issue and attempt to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
If a resolution is not reached through customer support, both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through discussion and mediation.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
